Intesis is a global leader in building automation solutions. As part of the HMS group, we develop gateways that enable interoperability between devices, such as HVAC systems, lighting, or energy meters, with Building Management systems, making buildings smarter, greener, and more efficient.
We're expanding our team and looking for a Content Creator to help shape how we communicate product information with our technical audience. This role blends creative storytelling with technical clarity to empower our community of engineers, system integrators, and building automation professionals.
Your profile
We are looking for a new team member that resonates with our company culture, with high communication skills as this role requires communication with several departments, such as Product Management, Technical Services, and Sales; a high level of organization to be able to manage the different projects and procedures; and a detail-oriented profile to ensure specifications and tasks are fulfilled. English proficiency is a must, as well as social media management expertise.
What you will be doing:We need a skilled, passionate, and versatile professional who can:
- Simplify complex technical concepts through engaging content.
- Create high-quality videos, graphics, and document designs to be allocated on different channels, addressing our technical audience.
- Build and manage an active community across social platforms (mainly LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and technical teams to bring product stories to life.
You will help us build the virtual voice of Intesis, crafting audiovisual and graphic content that resonates with our technical audience and drives engagement, education, and brand loyalty. The selected candidate will be part of a professional and motivated team located between Igualada and Barcelona (hybrid).
Main tasks and responsibilities:- Audiovisual Content Creation: Plan, record, and edit videos that explain product features, tutorials, use cases, company lifestyle, and product launches.· Graphic Design: Design product visuals, campaign layouts, infographics, and technical diagrams.
- Social Media Management: Strategize and manage content calendars across LinkedIn and YouTube or any other relevant platforms.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to questions, and foster a sense of community among engineers and partners.
- Product Launch Support: Collaborate with the rest of the Product Marketing team to prepare campaigns, technical documentation visuals, and promotional materials.
Essential requirements:- Professional degree in audiovisual production, graphic design, or similar.
- Proven experience in content creation, especially for technical or B2B audiences.
- Strong video production skills: shooting, editing, motion graphics.
- Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategies (especially LinkedIn and YouTube).
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
